November 2^nd 2009 - Special Projects meeting notes
Hospitality preparing for celebration dinner. Kitchen helpers needed. Tom to ask confirmation students to help serve dinner.

Kevin will ask the confirmation students if they can help provide child care during the celebration dinner. Next community dinner is November 19t^h. Looking at doing a fish fry for the Lenten season. With other projects discussed. Doing more research on getting group rates on plays or dinner theater with coach service from church to the play. Fall festival will be held on the 1^st Saturday after Labor day. Auction will be held on the 1^st Sunday after Labor Day. Next meeting will be held on December 7^th.
