Cornerstone’s Church Corner

Our theme for the month is “Planets & Creation”. We’ll be doing many fun things in class that focus on this theme along with activities that let us explore creation and our solar system.

We’ll also be having our annual Wacky Week at Cornerstone where we’ll get cozy during a PJ day, wear our hair wacky, and even have a food fight (with marshmallows)!

Registration for our 2011/2012 school year will be open to church members beginning January 28th. Look for a registration form out in the Narthex by the church office. We won’t open our registration to the general public until February 21st. If you have any questions about our preschool program please call Ms. Julie at the preschool 856-4561, or stop in to visit during a class time, M-F 8:30-2:00.

Cornerstone will also be hosting our 3rd annual scrapbooking fundraiser. The cost is $25 for table space, food, beverages, and door prizes. Please see Ms. Julie at the preschool to sign-up. This event will be on Saturday Jan.15th from 9a.m.-9p.m.

Please join us for breakfast on Jan.16th, the preschoolers will be singing for the congregation during service and hosting a breakfast of fresh baked rolls and doughnuts from Coborn’s bakery. We will also have fruit, juice, and coffee. We hope to see you there!
